badger5
MrsB Lupo.. Been converted 8 years ago now I think.. 1.8t power.Daily drive for my wifeNow running a development hybrid k03 turbo on it, so posting this for those interested..Originally built for me my JBS, and modded by me ever since.started life as 1.0 model - cars been in family from new3" turbo back exhaust made by me (Badger5) and full 3" intake to turbo (k04 hybrid inside a k03 wrapper)550cc injectors, charge cooler (which needs upgrade)Peloquin atb diff..This is in prep for its new hybrid k03/4 turbo.. which is >300bhp spec turbo packaged into a k03 fitment, bolt on. Hybrid is fitted, but its old exhaust was never going to be adequate for its new flow potential.. Same turbo internals on a local S3, makes 338bhp/307lbft from 20-22psi boost.okies.. 3 into Lupo does indeed GO3" TIP - check3" Downpipe - check3" Full Bore exhaust - checkComparison to its previous so called 2.5" system (which was 2" internally)The completed 3" exhaust - 3 box systemFitted underside viewFitted front underside viewAnd how it looks from the normal view of the car.. What 3" exhaust?? couple of engine pics of its current install. its a mixed bag of pipes as it was originally done, which I will change for something a bit more Badger5 when I get time.."compact" installation - lol

nils 6l
If you dare...This is theoretically when it will go in to the rev limiter..As there is 360 lbft (limited to save the gearbox) all the way up to 5700 revs, I think it will do.. But I don't know if I dare.. Edited May 6, 2011 by nils 6l
