I think this depends on the milage of the engine.. Ive dont just over 62k in mine and every time i do an oil change i flush it! Now on the Mrs lupo, 110k, i dont flush before an oil change..

ive been doing that feul log thing for about 6 months, i do push it on the country side and have a bit of town driving. im averaging about 36mpg with ashley mani and decat, think i have sports box too
