Shamelessly lifted from the vortex, but what a good topic!

For reference, here is the first thing I ever drove - although the one I was in was silver. I was probably about 10 or 11 and my dad had to work the clutch:

Some very old Escort in Bookers cash and carry car park.

Dad did the pedals while i steered, if this counts. Was like 6 or somthing

Infact he obv steered and I just held the wheel and pretended

But it can count

After that it was a mazda of some sort.

Mate of mine was bought a 1.1 Metro when he was 16. His mum bought it for him to drive round a 2 acre field they had at the back of their house. I was 15 at the time, ragged the absolute nuts off it and ran over their rabbit run.

Rabbit wasn't in it at the time.

Purple N reg 1.3 Fiesta - belonging to my driving instructor!

I sat on my Dads lap and did the steering for him when I was really little and used to change gear for my Mum in her Pug but the Fez was the first car I actually drove.

First car I ever drove was a Mitsubishi Shogun over an offroad course with another 6 people in the car!

The man asked if I had a driving license... I lied!

Then on the road the first car was a Rover 214si... until I got T-boned and it was written off :(
