  1. Yeah they are very expensive. The JCW Clubmans are lush. The sound awesome aswell. Were currently running one as a demonstrator and it is amazing to drive. Ive just sold my Lupo and bought a Corsa SRi and was shocked at the running costs of that lol.
  2. Yeah i do, I carried out the used car check on it lol. Glad u liked it, it was a lovely car
  3. You didnt buy the MINI from Sytner Sutton by any chance did u?
  4. Seen a green lupo on black and polished rims and a silver one on starlites with a chequered roof. Spotted them parked up at wokefield park.
  5. I finished mine nearly a year ago and i would really recommend going for an apprenticeship. The pay can be a bit rubbish at first but at least you are getting paid to learn. However you get differant deals with differant companys. Like arosajoe said, mercedes arnt the best as i know somebody who done one with them and he wasnt too impressed although he did say the pay was really good compared to some. I did mine with BMW and i would recommend it. They've got their own training centre in reading and the training your given is really good, a lot better than at my local college anyway. I think it really depends on what experience people have had of them as to if they would recommend one or not.
  6. Im wanna get a MINI Cooper S GP next year once insurance becomes affordable. Still a nice sharp car to drive and has some power to it too.

    Mr Cow

keep watchin. It gets funnier. Or at least i thought it did lol.
  8. I would keep quiet about the respray to the bumper. They propably wont notice. As soon as you say it had paintwork they will throw the claim out straight away. If they bring it up then explain it was only to the bumper.
  9. Open the bonnet and on the passenger side under the windscreen you will see a flap with a few screws holding it on. Remove the screws and the cover and u will then see the pollen filter. Then simply just unclip the surround from the filter and pull it out.
  10. Very nice. Im a local lol. I live just outside mere green and work in kingstanding.
  11. They are a very good car. The rear springs have a tendancy to break but it only takes 10 minutes to replace them. The front outer ball joints can also wear but again they are very easy and cheap to replace. Other than that as long as they are serviced regulary they are pretty much bomb proof.
  12. It is a very easy job. When I done mine tho one of the nuts for the brakelight was seized up. Ended up takin me an extra half hour to grind it off tryin not to damage the spoiler . Think it had been leaking for a very long time lol.
  13. Ohh i see that now lol. Well u could either weld a new piece of metal in or just try using a big washer. Might need to grind a bit off the bottom of it to miss the arm but should work ok as long as the surrounding metal is ok
  14. Thats just the door check strap. Will cost you no more than a tenner at a dealers
  15. Might be. It was bright green and black alloys i think. Only noticed it last minute. I live in Lichfield. I had jus been to swadlincote to drop a car off for work, hence bein in the clubman lol.
