Woke up to about 6 inches this morning, it has snowed all day, it's now up to the wheel centres on the Dune, it's still snowing and the guy next door is still stuck in his BMW 3 series coupe.

Lost the dog a few times on a walk this afternoon.

Sorry no pic's yet.

How do you lose a black dog in the snow Ray?

Pmsl @ loosing the dog , we done the same .

Small toy yorky and 12 inch or more of snow on a grassy field means a dog resembling a jumping ferret just to keep his head above the snow.

He was covered in snow balls so we had to put him in warm water to thaw out ha ha

Spent the weekend in Norfolk with family and this was the view on Saturday morning:

Came back down to Southend yesterday and it looked as though it had just been a heavy frost here. Woke up this morning at 7.15 to check if it had snowed and it hadn't. Went back to bed for 10 mins, then got up & had a shower. Checked out the window again at 8am & it had snowed! Under 1cm though. Suspect we might get a little bit more tonight, but we don't usually get that much snow here.

Got lots of snow up in Newcastle now.... the GTI is safely tucked up on my parents drive in the Lake District when I went back home to collect this:

Should make the 60 mile a day commute to Hexham and back a little easier. Totally loving driving the Defender in this weather. Its mint at 4 wheel drifting.
