Busy night tonight, went up the unit to get on with prepping the body ready for paint. My arches have been rolled almost completely flat at the rear with a slight flare. The fronts again at very flat, I had them cut to prevent them mishaping, also this stopped the arch from bending outwards. Im really pleased with how they have come out

Rear arch...

Tonight, I worked on getting it ready to go in the booth for paint, gave the archesa final rub down and begain stripping the car.

Removed the rear bumper for a slight repair and paint...

Removed wing mirrors, door handles, locks, b-pillars, rear windows all the outer window rubbers etc, all ready for paint. My guy is painting it tonight with any luck, hes been putting in some mad hours this past week.

Getting there now, have a manic couple of days ahead. Going to be putting it back together Wednesday night / thursday day. Clean thursday, MOT friday. Its gonig to be close call for UD

Ouch, mine starts. Sorted my insurance end of last week, MOT on Friday and with any luck will pick my tax up Friday afternoon. Cutting it close

Yep, mine was held up because of my wheels, they took 41 hours to prep and paint, i wanted them smooth as possible but some idiot had shot blasted them so took an age to get them right.

Couldnt do the arches until the wheels were built and on the car. The car only went on the ramp last Friday so its come a long way over the past few days.

Fingers crossed it was painted last night. I'll be back up the body shop late tonight or the very early hours tomorrow to put it all back together again.

Thats alright I spoke to my body shop and he's been trying to fix his own bloody car!

Not happy I want my car back tonight or tomorrow morning.
