Pete91 Posted January 27, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 27, 2013 (edited) Been quite busy over the last couple weeks so i figured i'd update this...Two of the RM's had a slow leak which had been p*ssing me off for ages and i eventually got round to doing something about it Were a bit manky so i polished them from this:...to this:All sealed up...just hope there's no more leaks!!Whilst they were split i figured i may as well get them sparkly:Also finally got the bracket for the gti badge:And meanwhile my standards have slipped... Pete91 Posted January 29, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 29, 2013 So I bought and HD lance the other day and thought I would share the results...Before:During:After:Not the greatest shot but i couldn't be arsed going back outside:Overall I'm ridiculously happy with the results. All i did was jet wash the car, cover it with snow foam, leave for five minutes and then rinse it off. Didn't sponge it after at all. Most of the crap that wouldn't come off with the power wash came of insanely easy after the foam I don't have any experience with different foams but I would definitely recommend this to anyone!Stuff used:Karcher pressure washerValet Pro - PH Neutral Snow FoamKarcher HD lance Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I went for 2.25 diameter, 6" length and 220 lbs/inch.Before and afters:I drove it like that for a couple hundred yards and had to raise it cos it was scrubbing like mad. Put them up 8mm.
