StevesLupoS
Ive seen in a few posts where members have had the indicators beside the headlights removed and the hole filled, flushed and sprayed, looks top...What im wondering is it possible to remove the indicators from their original position, do the above only this time install them where the fog lights would be, my cars a 1.4S non sport model without fogs so i would go to VW and buy the front bumper panel with fog light holes and fit the indicators down below...Not sure if this makes any sense or not, if it does, is it possible, im guessing the indicators and foggys are probably different sizes meaning they wont be a straight forward fit, also is it legal to have them situated there ? ? ?Steven... chris c
plastic weld some indicator housings into the headlights use silvatec bulbs and it should look stock that would be my way of doing it anyway
treblet
Or use very small orange LED bulbs in the front grill, police car stealth lamp style.
Bickerton
Is there no rules on the size needed or is it just an indicator has to be present within x amount of inches of the headlights?

jamiea7x
U can't stick your indicators in the headlights as there is no seperate area for them, that's the law, in gti headlights the indicators ar seperatee in the headlight.. JamesTdi
I'd fill in old indicator panel in with a clear plastic panel, plastic weld then smooth and get the whole panel wrapped so that the orange flash still comes through
