lupogtiboy
but after 4 years of saying it, I have finally gotten round to lowering my car! Its not perfect at the mo, needs the front raising a bit, still got my polyflex wishbone bushes to fit, but she's lowered! Pics!its sitting on AP Coilovers from Awesome GTI, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable! Its sitting around half-way at the moment, bit still got plenty of adjustment. lupogtiboy
Thanks for all the comments! The blue centre badges are from a beetle and were a freebie from work! I would like some red BBS badges, but they seem to be a lot of dollar on the bay!So far, they've been great! I've not pushed the car at all as its not fully set-up. Needs the bushes doing, new rear bump-stops fitting and a bit of adjustment here and there, but I'm really surprised at how comfortable the ride is. Seems to hold the road much better, with a small amount of bodyroll, which you need in my opinion! I'll try and give a full report when its all done. lupogtiboy
yep, they are 7x16 et43 bbs rx's with 195/45/16 avon zv5's on. may have to drop to a 195/40 profile tyre on the front tho, as they rubbed on full lock before i lowered it!
