nayr Posted March 19, 2011 Author Report Share Posted March 19, 2011 Right, not updated this in a while!Not much been happening over the winter really, just keeping it clean!Dropped the front end 20mm for Ultimate Dubs and it's given me that kick up the arse to do a few little things and made me realise I need to keep it! This weekend was engine bay cleaning time, it was a ****ing state, This is what I had,And how I managed to get it after a good day on it!;The main area covered in **** was the right side, took everything to bits and repainted a few brackets;By no means show standard, but a lot better than it was! I also made a list of part numbers as I went along so I can replace the majority with fresh parts and bolts etc when the the show seasons in full swing.Gave it a clean today and went out for some pictures! Ive been thinking of doing it for ages and the only way of doing it I can think of is with a mk5 boot lid and transplanting everything across. Also thought of doing it with the mk6 or the new polo.
