MattyA
Noticed that a few people have been changing their cars, for something with a bit less horse power, but was wondering what the biggest decrease was?Golf 1.8T Revo'd 212bhp changed for Lupo Sport 100bhp = decrease of 112bhp!Anyone better that!?If anyone has a significant increase, put that down too! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shades:" border="0" alt="shades.gif" /> Edited October 12, 2006 by matt a

Max69vk
Started with : Passat 2.0 16v GT, overbored to 2.1 running (unknown) high lift cams, ported/polished head, remapped, full custom side exit zorst to name a few bits. Cant remember the bhp as I lost the graph, needless to say it could hit an (indicated) 150mph when running 18" rims & spit some serious flames! Then: Mk5 Escort diesel (standard), estimated 60bhp (dont ask!).Then: Fiat Cinquecento (heavily modded), approx 70bhp.Now : Arosa TDi (modded), approx 118bhp. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Edited October 12, 2006 by Max69vk

ArosaMike
Arosa S 55bhpArosa Sport 100bhpThat's it! LOL. Next car will probably be a Caterham Roadsport at 120bhp, so a modest increase, but almost half the weight of the Arosa. I'm not one for big heavy cars with big power. Would rather choose something small and light with modest power. Much cheaper to run and generally more fun IMO.

Paul
I think I've got the smallest increase style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" /> Started with (and still own) a Fiat Panda 903cc with 45bhp, then had my Lupo SDi with 60bhp. Although it's just a 15bhp increase, it's the torque that makes the big difference style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> Recently drove the 306 (71bhp N/A diesel) and I turned into a little megalomaniac with all that raw untamed power style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
