Amber_Nunny
So most of you know my Lupo Sport "Alva".Although I love driving her and I'm proud for her to be my daily, since my work has moved further away from home it's costing me far too much to get to work so it was time for a second car Don't worry though - Alva is staying in the garage and will be my summer/weekend car whenever possible...So moving on...The new car, the project.I'm sure some people will recognise this as Ben Cannons car. Unfortunately he got fed up of this project and has now got a different car so I've took on the challenge to get this back into a pretty looking car...Picked it up on Saturday morning and got straight to it...Ripping the sub wall out......How many screws did you really want to use Ben...THANKS! Wasn't too keen on the idea of using an angle grinder but it got the job done The remains of the wall...Finally out!Literally took all weekend to get it out, and mainly the work of the boyfriend and his brothers!Next on the agenda, massive clean up job on the inside!! patroddy
hmmmm but is all the extra work, money and everything worth it?? surely youd save money just by running alva?
Amber_Nunny
It will be eventually I'll get over double mpg to what I get now plus I won't be putting the miles on Alva. And once I've tidied the car up, it'll be worth a lot more than I paid for it so it was a worthwhile buy even if I never used the car

Aha. I look forward to seeing what you do with this one!
