The wheel is not a huge job to fit it just requires you to butcher your squib ring a little and it's just a cover on the airbag, if you wanted the buttons to work you would need a golf squib though I imagine, the stereo had to have a custom adaptor made as there isn't one available for it. However it doesn't turn itself on and off with the ignition as it came from a canbus car and the lupos don't run this.

Like 90% of the interiors on here then? An interior isn't just the seats it's all of the work gone into making something clean and fit, as well as things like colour matches, steering wheels and audio bits, just because an interior wasn't commissioned by the now owner doesn't mean it can't be submitted. This is like saying Ryan's interior isn't award winning just because it's on its second owner, and I'm sure a lot of people would be disgusted by this suggestion.

I've had to pay, although it is the opinion of BMW and several specialists I have spoken to that this damage was caused by the AA none of them are willing to put it in writing, so I'm going to try and claim some back, as I pay a ridiculous amount of money for the top aa cover and warranty already and all they have achieved is breaking my car so far, but the chances are ill never see any of it back

Quit a lot haha, the aa tried to jump start it and blew the ECU, BCU, light control module and instrument cluster, so about £3500. It is being fixed just waiting on the parts through work then it's going back to standard and will be going up for sale as its not really used much now I have a commuter bike

So, amber is getting a new daily when she is back from Canada and my BMW is currently dead and to be sold when it returns from a very expensive trip to Sytner, so I'm taking over Henry and this thread since persuading amber to give me the car I have gained a energy to sort it out, I wonder why, so there's a fair bit of progress this week, first of all the dead BMW, bye bye So first thing to be done was touch up all of the paint that has been damaged by things like wheel scrub and ill-adjusted doors, (me again ) as well as re-adjusting the doors obviously Then I tried on some bmw stainless trims I brought a while ago in the rsl's may have to get some wide steels to fit them on Then I set about sorting out the cookie cutters as amber will be selling the rsl's when she gets back Smaller tyres arrive tomorrow don't worry Oh and this happened last week on the way to get her interior Anyone interested in the wheels or interior should contact amber
