i had the same problem mate i had to replace the throttle body itself , cleaning etc wouldnt sort it

its my mate curtis's if it is a slammed lupo sport

mine had exactly the same problem tried the norm cleaning out the throttle body etc to no avail and i had to replace the tb and this has fully resolved it

sorry too burst ya bubbles but mine is a 1.4s 99 on a v plate and mine is grey but a mate down the street has 1.0 a 2000 on a w and that has the white dials

the main problem for them is not the looks because that can be modified accordingly , the main issue is they are absolutely horrible to drive

i have used it on both my bora and the lupo with brilliant results and the bora is black and it really doesnt scratch dont ask me how it works it just does.

15's with right offset and pcd will fit fine -
this is the one i use in the lupo , and i have another one in my bora too lol

i have just picked up an acer today from currys £399 15.6" hd lcd screen , dual core , windows 7 , hdmi out , 3gb ram , 25o gb hard drive , wireless , built in web cam and it is awesome definately recommended , model number is 5738z , i had a toshiba before hand which i paid £700 for a few years back and this is 300 times better

my mate is running 7" ats cups all round on his lupo with 195/45/15 tyres without any issues and i know of a lad that is even running 8" wide ats cups on his lupo

hello mate mine is doing exactly the same word for word but cuts out when cold when dipping the clutch and i have cleaned the throttle body also cleaned the map sensor to no avail so would be interested to see if you get this sorted cos i dont know what to do now -

i have just been sick a little bit in my own mouth looking at that scorpio

i have a forge 007p on the bora with an induction kit and you can hear it but it aint to loud just nice , and as far as i am aware the split r's are fine and they still dump mostly back into the system rather than in the atmosphere it was mainly developed for the 1.8t as far as im aware , the early 1.8t's eg AGU are fine to have atmospheric dump valves (but ya wouldnt want save that for the ricers) but if you were to try one on a late 1.8t eg AUM , AUQ , BAM it ill through up fault codes left right and centre.

#1 i know the difference between a passat and a bora , #2 certainly if you look on the second hand market same age and spec boras are more expensive than passats i will not accept that this is a boring car lol
