  1. Need all the brains on here to help me out please So my gti has overheated twice now , first time i noticed i had no water left in the coolant bottle so i topped it up, < this was about a week ago. But i drove it again 2 days ago and it did it again but the bottle was still full from when id topped it up. ( so no leaks) . Also i took it out for a spin today and im not sure if its just me but i thought it was a bit slow , I've also checked my oil which is fine. hit me pleaaasseeee

  2. Hi everyone. I've just started (back after five years) at my local VW dealership doing some driving whilst I find myself another permanent job. This is the first time I've come into close contact with and driven the Up! It's not too bad a car actually. I agree with comments about the interior being a little too plastic but this is balanced out by the use of shiny black plastic in places (around the radio etc). I've not yet been in one with the mobile nav screen thingy so cannot comment on that. One of the salesmen has an Up! Black or something and whilst it looks quite good I cannot help thinking that it costs more than a Lupo GTI did at about £14,500 new. Still, this is ten years on I know that but the engine choice is not huge... only one litres at the mo? I delivered an Up! 5dr in grey yesterday and it was an auto... absolutely awful. The gear changes almost gave me whiplash! Strangely, the Up! 5dr doesn't get "proper" rear windows... they are the pop out variety, which I've never seen before on a 5dr car. All those I've been in seem to have air con (is it standard?) and a few have had heated seats. Anyway, there's my opinion.. I'll await to see if a more potent Up! is launched and take another look then! Here's a black Up! something I picked up yesterday:

  3. I am just wondering if anyone knows if they are replacement parts as such but i am in need of some new door card clip holders, not the clips them selves but the tabs they sit into as over time of being yanked off some have given up completely. Any help but would greatly appreciated!

  6. ETKA lists it as a bumper for a 74kw, which is 100bhp, so therefore a sport rear bumper!

  14. Hi Ladies and Gentleman. I've recently purchased my red Seat Arosa and started to do small mods... E.G debadged the seat arosa s sign at the back (really effective) bought a new gaitor, coilovers, bee sting aerial, general things. I 100% need new wheels (but abit of saving needs to be done first haha) Im about to de wiper the rear tomorrow and fit a new GTI steering wheel. I would be grateful for some advice on small mods like new LED's not sure about any more. interior door bits are quite shabby like the handles etc. pictures of before and after to follow. PS the car came with roof racks which im looking to sell. slight problem I didn't have the keys to take them off so had to force the plastic covers off to get to the inside to loosen them off my car. so if anyone in the south Wales area looking for cheap roof racks let me know. Their genuine VW. Thanks, Ryan
