Which is why ive asked about raven blue.ooo... touchy.It was only a suggestion that its not all about colour... a good car is a good car regardless of colour... what ray was saying is that hed rather own a good Gti in anycolour than a bag of scrap in his favourite colour. if you get a good one in the colour you like then your doing well or you have been waiting for a long time for it to come up.after all... you did ask for "opinions..." Posted February 15, 2013 Report Share Posted February 15, 2013 Thank you Piers.So if I offered you mine @54k, full VW/Specialist service history, pretty unmolested, for say £4k you would knock it back?GTIs aren't rare, but certain colours are, and are getting harder to come by unmolested.If you really want Raven, then you should have jumped at the one you found instead of asking opinions.Good luck with your search. sharpelupo Posted February 15, 2013 Report Share Posted February 15, 2013 iv been watching this gti for a good month now waiting for money to sort out to purchase it and now i have the money i put a deposit down on it and collecting it wedensday, you asked for opinions so these kind people gave it, as silver said 'you should have jumped at the one you found instead of asking opinions' at the end of the day its you driving, its you who's only opinion matters, for price wise should look round at all the other colour GTI's on the net for an avarege price for the avarege mileage and so on. dont feel i sniped this from you but iv had to wait some time for the money.
