okay

so she came home today :)

Dad put the new plates and cd player in,

and I sorted out the stickers, tax disk holder and lala teletubby

hahahaha

(its not THAT visible, cause its now at the side of the parcel shelf)

however, dad still looks slightly gay driving round in a weeny yellow car.

his fault for telling me to choose one :P

anywho

so its a 1.0E (with S rear windows). 35,000 miles so far, T reg (1999).

standard atm, but its got factory tinted windows. B)

will probably start modding in a few months time

Nice LUPO keyring, not seen one of those before!

I'd get some VW mats and flaps to finish it off a bit :).

lol

just looking around at some mats and gonna get some flaps once we put new wheels on it :P

lol

I bodged the tax disc

got a plain yellow one from halfords then drew vw on it. hahaha.

well once I have some money Im hoping to get some cambridge rears and maybe some smoked front headlamps. Not sure about the headlamps yet though. Will lower it a wee bit but not too much cause I live in the middle of a load of hills

and hoping for some pretty black bbs :P

keeping an eye out for foglights too :D

Haha, id never have gussed you had made it

Nice plans, keeping it subtle then, cambridge light will look nice on the yellow too.

Lol

Would you put these on?

bear.jpg

I think those would suit it superbly.

I think there were a VW accessory too? not for a lupo though, but ive seen a few standard polos and golfs with them on.

dad would not be impressed with those wheels.

Nice car, nice pics.Quick question: What does your dad drive when his not GayLording it in Lala?RayPS. No more sneaky Polo pics! :P
lol well he's had company cars or vans for 20 years now. so we normally go out in his work van which is a caddy. so yeah the lupos his first car in a while too  he did used to have a triumph tr7 but got rid of that about 10 years ago, and uses mums audi A4 when he's allowed
the drive before the arrival of the Lupon514851210_413464_4897.jpg
Lol, just about room to put the loop on there!!
lol not if anyone else wants to get out. lala might be on the grass for a bit  Edited by Amber

Love the arty shots and its nice to hear from someone else with a 1.0l and not a GTi, it was getting abit lonely :coffee: Should look good when done especially with the yellow. Love to see pics when done

Quick Update

so lala went into the bodyshop this week

just because when we got her it was pretty obvious the rear quarter on the drivers side had been resprayed at some point, and hadn't really been blended properly, so it stood out against the rest of the panels.

We didnt really see this as too much of a problem, since dad works in the motor trade and has a few friends who run bodyshops

hooray for discount

before:

and after:

We also got hold on some rear mudflaps

I think they look pretty cool:

Oh, and seeing as the silvery chrome bit came off of the 1.0 badge under the bonnet I decided to do this:

lupoengine001.jpg

haha.

Well I think thats about all. Next update will hopefully include some more significant mods :P

fingers crossed.

Very nice, looks much better in one colour, although from the previous pics i never noticed the difference. Like the mudflaps and the yellow badging too :shades:Very nice, looks much better in one colour, although from the previous pics i never noticed the difference. yeah I was an idiot and forgot to take some closer photos to show the difference.

It just looks a bit out compared to the drivers door above, but oh well

and yeah I'm pretty pleased with the mudflaps :shades:
