Just what facebook is missing

Not much happening in my world as far as the car is concerned. Had a few bits of interest in terms of selling but no body has come to look properly yet. Happy to keep it if it doesnt sell so not really driving for a sale. Went to a bit of a "low key" show yesterday. I only found out about it last minute on saturday evening so gave it a quick clean and hoover out. The Show in complete honesty was a bit chavvy for me when we arrived (no offence to anyone) it was more drifting and body kits. there were some ex Max power cover cars etc in the show and shine but i managed to come away with first place. Really chuffed as i wasnt expecting anyone to like it. Bagged myself some dodo juice goodies. Turned out to be a good day out aswell to be fair

So new wheels weren't on for edition after a disaster, but ah well. Surprise for next year with many updates! Edition didn't go well, was in a strop as my new wheels weren't on so I cba really, had girlfriend cleaning car hahaha. Popped my wipers up, then opened bonnet and chipped paint on bonnet.... Despite this, got lot of attention from judges (i stood back and watched) car had a 're-look' against the black ibiza that won. So I was happy! Car goes away from winter soon

Just looking for some advice please people. The Fabia is a 1.4 and I don't drive like a dick but the fuel consumption seems mental for the size of the engine and my driving style. £10 getting me like 30 mile before the light comes back on. I have checked the air filter and that looks pretty new: I don't use the air con, the only thing electrical wise is a aftermarket headunit but like I say the mileage is ****. Anyone got any advice on what to check/change?
