more tomorrow when i'm at a computer, but before i forget.

Drive shafts fitted.

Rear panel seams bent over, and wheels fitted.

Linkage stripped, and modified to fit closer to inlet manifold.

Injector loom stripped from main loom and secured neatly.

Fuel rail fabricated.

Doesn't sound much, and car looks pretty much the same as when i arrived, but its been a lot of work.

Perhaps a total of a 30 minute break, out of 13 hours work!

There's still so much left to do.

I need a week there really.

As I got stranded last night I stopped there, and started on the car again this morning.

Decided to get all the audio cable laid, and start putting the interior in.

The carpet and rear seats are now in, just didnt take any pics.

Cheers Noddy, would be great if you do.

I ordered it from VW asking for a black Polo GTI HT lead, gave them the chassis number for my polo which has black leads.

If Id asked for a red one, it would be black!

Its hit me today just how close it is from being ready to start.

I need to order a long throttle cable, wire the required sensors and away we go!

Well, almost lol

Brings me onto this though, went to see Mitch on the way home and had a good look at a Polo with 1.4 Lupo engine thats just been connected to a mega squirt.

He's given me a great diagram, and showed me every wire.

Hes also given me the sensor figures to save me having to test them!

For my own benefit.

Water Temp

5 Degree - 5200

50 Degree - 1250

100 Degree - 415

Air Temp

5 Degree - 6600

50 Degree - 3000

100 Degree - 1600

I owe you one dude, many thanks.

Wiring loom on its way to you!

anything around 160bhp I'd be happy.

Regarding the wheels, both the front and rear arches have needed cutting, folding and flairing.

Although they no longer rub, the rears are having arch extensions as they look odd sticking out the rears so much.
