If it went away for a while after you changes the clutch etc that would suggest it isn't the gearbox? Worth refitting and double checking everything, especially if it wasn't a 'proper' mechanic doing the work. -
As above, I changed mine for power flex ones, noticable difference

As above the Ring 120% are excellent -
If you buy a 2nd hand box, how long before that one breaks? Still paying for the labour to remove/refit, I'd always repair

Its a good one that. There is another one of a kid with a 106 that has put an air filter on the end of the cold air feed of his other filter, double filtered air FTW

I don't think 69 secs will do, more like half an hour. It will probably go off of its own accord after so many starts/miles, probably a voltage related fault so if the battery stays charged it shouldn't come back
