had a few mini meets in the local tescos with piers and some other vdubbers!

IMG_1082.jpg

about a month ago a nice old lady decided it would be nice to run into the back of me and write off my bumper!

so i had it smoothed

IMG_1157.png

got given a splitter, dont know what it was off, either way cut in down to fit the lupo

and this is how the splitter looks

thanks for the comments guys!

forgot to mention my technical faults.

the clutch went after a bearing collapsed, had this done at a local garage and they made a massive mess.

the car was running in a kind of slave mode, would only rev to 2000 revs and got a top speed of 5 mph.

the garage had the car 4 days, they couldnt get it to start.

so we took it home (drove 5 miles an hour back)

this is how the day started.

IMG_1148.jpg

found out that the main ecu connector was left like this.

IMG_1149.jpg

took ages to pull this apart due to where the garage had split it and crammed it back together,

it revealed that one of the connectors were bent

IMG_1150.jpg

IMG_1152.jpg

straightened this back out and its now bodged together for the time being

IMG_1151.jpg

a week after this the pedal box snapped. i havent been having much luck with it at the moment!
