Joti Posted June 17, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 17, 2012 I don't know why, but I think the OEM front speaker grilles on the GTI are ghastly and look really naff....I was clearing out my garage today, came across some unused grilles from some Infinity Kappas that I bought (there are Kappas in the Lupo at the moment also), so decided to rid myself of the factory grilles once and for all!Door panel offThe factory grilles are glued in place, so I had to drill them out (anyone who has taken apart their rear VW badge will be familiar with this set-up)Put the Infinity grilles on.
