Piers Posted May 10, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 10, 2012 Fairly productive day, dropped the outer rings of the centre caps off at the paint shop. Wheels are all prepped and should be in primer by tonight then they will be painted. Decided to have the logo holder part of the centre cap a different colour to the wheels to split it up a bit. Too much of the chosen colour might not look right so played it safe and done them reflex silver. They should go nicely with the polished dishes and car colour won't be long now. Piers Posted May 11, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 11, 2012 I was supposed to do this last night but ran out of time... only a small update on wheels.Decided to change the centre caps a little...Started like this:a bit of attention with some 1200 wet and dry...Primer:Reflex silver:Clear coat and let dry and BBS caps back in Also, the wheels are all prepped up now and i think they are in primer ready for paint in the next few days or so... not in a desperate rush for them but they will be on for inters Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
