Nicki
Been following your progress on Facebook. You're doing a fab job of it Andi!Bathroom looks fab - must've been a nightmare though! Love the stone tiles by the way - look really good. Have you had to treat them & all that malarkey? Tigz™
Bathroom looks fab - must've been a nightmare though! Love the stone tiles by the way - look really good. Have you had to treat them & all that malarkey?Bathroom was the most enjoyable room we did, but it was definatly the most work we had to do.The slate needs very little maintenance.Once they have had a few weeks to dry out, a sealant is applied which stops any moisture getting into the pours and staining the stone.Once a year should be fine Looks good! Have you done it all yourself? Not all of it, all the earlier work was mine, my Wife's Dad has been helping me these past few months while hes been looking for a new pub.Nearly done now! Tigz™
Got them from Wicks IIRC, they were about £100 a piece back in the day when I bought them (may have been around 1992 or there abouts lol)Heard they sell on eBay for around £80 now though.
