scottgroovez
Always do breakfast. Either a bowl of granola with blueberries, cranberries and almonds or an omelette with spinach, onions and ham.
Adam
Im also a fan of Weetabix, with a dashing of sugar to make them a little bit sweeter!
heartagram
I can't stomach breakfast. I can't really eat anything untill I've been awake for a couple of hours. Unless I'm hungover, then I need some bait in me to get rid of the dreaded Vodka Belly.
Adam
A good cure for the vodka belly is genarally a packet of Walkers Smokey Bacon crisps, its clinically proven i tell thee.

Linz
Coco pops allowed to soak in milk for at least 10 minutes, chocolate slush heaven! So wrong! They should never be allowed to get soggy! I usually have weetbix or weetaflakes with strawberries or banana. Was late today so just grabbed a sausage and egg roll from the van on the way to work.
