cookie Posted April 17, 2008 Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 thanks people, i havn't really mentioned the ipod dock in the coin tray. my head unit isn't one of these new funky ones that lets you skip track with the buttons on the stereo so it is just plugged into the aux phono inputs on the back. but i also used the ignition live to make it charge my ipod at the same time!!Your car is looking awesome dude! Would it be possible to get some details on how you wired the Ipod dock up as I am thinking of doing the same thing? I assume is has the standard dock connector to USB lead out the back spliced to the power somehow and just a 3.5mm jack lead to the back of the HU?? Posted September 25, 2008 Author Report Share Posted September 25, 2008 holy ****, didnt realise i hadnt updated this since ultimate dubs, well...i always wanted one of these cool rolling shots, not perfect but there ya go!...couple of pics from tatton park....proper happy with how its looking now, interior retrim is next but 'project save-up' isn't going to well leroy was a bit poorly, it was a wheel bearing. it was up on ramps getting fixed at 2am the morning we were setting off to edition... talk about cutting it fine!!! anyway, fixed off we went to edition38! my car at edition... then a few week after we got back, went on a little photoshoot with leah and ste. some pics of my car...then, i finally got my audio issues sorted out, chris from chorley car audio sorted out all my dodgy wiring, fitted my new head unit, new rear speakers and plenty of dynamat! cheers dude! some pics of the new stuff...thanks for reading this mega update, i should do these more often Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
