  2. Thats a 195 45 on an 8j borbet T And thats a 195 45 on a 7j on the front.
  3. I found them impractical but dont let that put you off if thats what you want mate. Only one way to find out really. Put them on
  4. Yea loved the atwies myself but the arch gap was hideous and driving on them as you say is just a pain in the arse so had to go. I much prefer how the car sits on the 14s anyhow.
  5. @ Clarkie I used to run 13s but it was a ****ing nightmare so those are now 14s im running on. 14 x 7 front and 14 x 8 et 15 on the rear.

    Wheel trouble

This is mine with a 14 x 7 et 27 on the front, and a 14 x 8 et 15 on the rear. Should give ya some idea of how something could sit in your arches.
  8. Some pix with my mates VR6.
  9. I let the arches shape my tyres. Soon stops the scrubbing . .
  10. Lovely, please no tints though. They will spoil it.

    my arosa

Needs wound down loads more. looks clean and tidy though.
  12. Are you running the same coilovers? Yea 14's would look class on it mate.
  13. Ta technix would right down and rear adjusters out. Id say the 15's would prevent it going low although it does look a fair bit higher from that pic.
  14. Should i add colour to the rims or not? Im undecided.
  15. Thanks alot guys. Yes i still have them VWR after another buyer let me down.
  16. Bit of an update on the Tank. Was totally fed up running the 13s every day on the car. As much as they were eye catching and rare, it just wasnt practical for daily driving and carrying passengers. I was never ever happy with the stance on the 13s. Just couldnt get the stance i wanted, too much arch gap and couldnt get the nose down enough for my liking. So, it was time for a change and i decided to purchase a set of 14" Borbet T's. They are 14 x 7 et 25 on the front and 14 x 8 et 15 on the rear for a bit of staggered stance. My camera is about 10 year old and im no photographer although these are prob the best pix ive ever taken . Anyhow here's a few pix of how the tank is sitting.
  17. ^^ Agreed, Also needs to go lower. Get the rear adjusters out and wind the front down a good bit. Very nice car
  18. I really dont know how you can be arsed cleaning those rims. Id rather pay someone to do it, but then im a lazy git.
  19. Love this thing, seriously cool. Taxi sign is class
  20. To be honest, there isnt really a big pile done to it so its not as if its not achievable for you .
