have you removed if from the gearbox end or through the removal of the hub ? if it's through the hub then simply slide on the boot, tighten the clips and do the reverse of what you did to get it off.

all it does is recirculate the fumes. what about redirecting the pipe into the air flow ? more octanes ? or simply directing it to under the car ? or blocking it ?

don't use the split and fit ones, they're not worth bothering with. this is a complete arse to do by the way. remove wheel, brake carrier, suspension, hub, bearing bit, driveshaft. basically you strip down the whole hub assembly till you get to it.
