it's by doing that we learn.

Give it a service, clean out the breather box on the back of the block and then see what it's like. cars always use more fuel in cold weather.

You've just posted this up and already the aqua has sold ? I'm watching you. . . . . . . . -
Putting my car on coils was the worst thing I ever did to it.

Sony A series.

The fronts are NOT the same. The polo 6n2 uses the same set up as a mk3 Ibiza, which is different to a Lupo and all the others which fit. None of it will fit.

I'd reciprocate but I'm probably going to start banging the chick from my local coffee shop, I don't really want to but it's winter and it's cold outside so gotta fill the time in somewhere.

Well, we're down on Monday so just send a text beforehand if you're free.

It's okay, just come out. We're a none judgemental bunch. It's fine.
-
it does sound pretty homosexual.

Just leave everything plugged in and zip tie the clocks to the steering column. It's fine. You'd be suprised at how many people do it.
-
Just bypass it off, crack on and if you have to, drive around with half a dash/no dash. Driving with no dash is a good thing, character building even.

B5.5, maybe a cheeky B6 if you squander your loan. Just be aware once you have one, you'll start looking at Phaetons or Audi's.
-
I like that.

It's in the how to's, If you seriously can't find it I'll get a link.

Why not pop it down sometime, we'll stick the code reader on it and then take Kam out and see how different it is ?

when coasting or clutch down, revs go up and down.

Don't coast with the clutch down. It's actually bad for MPG and that might be why you have to fill up more often. Two problems of yours, one solution. -
MK4 golf's don't count. (TDI A3 does though) You could go for a mk3 TDI ? Then there's the mk2 though, the best golf in the world.

I've had a Passat B5, (and a before). I've had a few dervs, the cost of servicing and parts on a passat isn't cheap, brakes are expensive and they eat through them. If you get a B5 and the control arms need doing, it'll take a few hours and about £200, if you don't do them yourself even more. Electrics are dodgy, at the best of times. Engine wise, They're all good, PD's are better on power and economy, the old AHU engined ones are known to be a bit more reliable. Service history is a must. If there is none, just walk away. Rust is a bigger issue than you'd think too, particularly the back arches and bottom of doors. If you're looking to play the Passat game, 1k isn't a great deal for such a large car. I'd say you'd be better off with a before over a B5, easier to look after but still a bit crap. What about a Golf ?

Deck chairs & sand. The beach theme will be all the rage in 2012. -
Mmmmm tractors, far better than Escort readers wifes. Much rather look at a John Deere over Debbie, 43 from Essex.
