Awesome have a generic one listed for £150, think we're gonna give that a go first. Want to do some subtle mods but struggling for inspiration at the moment!

Not to be cynical but I don't understand why people obsess over having their own part numbers before ringing a dealer. Could solve the problem in half of the time. It's what they're there for, if they can't find the pedal box on their diagrams i'd be worried! Also IIRC the brake pedal clip isn't available on it's own from VAG specifically for the lupo. Mk3 golf one.

Yeah pretty much. Depends on what type I guess. I have twin air horns on the rally car and I used the existing horn connections to switch a relay, with power then going to the compressor.

That's the only thing I could think of. But it's not causing an issue so I probably will just live it with. What exactly causes it? (IE if I was to go for the repair option, what am I actually repairing?)

IIRC all lupos only have a key and no remote. The central locking isn't remote. Anyway, you'd be able to tell. Mainly by the boot lock if you're really unsure. These turn differently depending on if it is central locking or not.

I'm not 100% on that one to be honest. All the guides I'd found did say to run it, so I did and didn't have any problems. Only speaking from my own experience really. As for removing it, remember it being as simple as removing the airbox and then maybe 3 or 4 torx bolts on the EGR. Took around 30 mins in total I think!

Good point. They're coming off anyway to remove the box!

Are you handy with some tools? It's quite a simple job to do yourself really. Isn't that involved. Only downside is you need to run adaptation using vcds afterwards, but still cheaper by a considerable amount...

I think I paid £20 for one when I had my 1.0, 30 minutes or so to change. They're having your pants down tbh. Even a new one from Euro is £120. Where abouts in the country are you?

Maybe best placed on the polo forum but in all honesty when I've used either of the two main ones the responses were less than helpful. Is anyone aware of a company making uprated engine mounts?

This needs to be gone by midnight Wednesday at the latest. Happy to take bits off and keep them for a short amount of time. And also happy to post a lot of bits.
