  5. No problems at all. And about 8months? It will fail MOT though as when the car is lifted the springs will come loose.
  6. i made a similar list for mine when i got it with different sections like 'MUST DO SOON' and 'unrealistic' haha. its always nice to go on it and check something off though cars looking good!
  7. the job of helpers is to keep your spring seated, if you take it out then there is a change that when you hit a bump and the damper expands, the spring will come out of place and not fall back in the right place. saying all that, mine are out to allow for extra lowering
  8. Gangster 3L! Nah in all seriousness, that's horrible. Rear lights being the worst part.
  9. I looked at p1, I think I'll get some of that after my dodo juice runs out.
  10. ordered a small 250ml bottle of dodo lime prime so i can see how i get on with it. i'll try remember to report back. cheers guys.
  11. Im sure I read black hole is a glaze and isnt abrasive? Would it have the same effect? And with lime prime they make an abrasive and non abrasive one don't they? Sorry im not very clued up on all this stuff.
  12. Since owning my car I've only used autoglym super resin polish, but I've now ran out. I'm not hugely I to detailing, I like my car to look clean but don't do much more than washing polishing and waxing. I also like to try out new stuff, which is why I don't want more SRP. it's a good product but I always see people saying they use different stuff and I'd just like to see what else there is on the market. Can anyone recommend something they use that isn't too expensive? I apply by hand and currently use poor boys nattys blue paste wax. Thanks.

  17. yeah that will work, im pretty sure its the same stuff holding the strip down as it is the badges.
  18. glued - use heat from a heat gun or a hair dryer to get the tar softer and easier to work with then just be gentle and slow. it does take time and effort though. i had a blister on each thumb by the time i was finished. You can buy 'sticky stuff remover' from halfords (i think) which people seem to find useful though i havent used it myself. good luck
