Danish Lupo 3L - Homemade airride in progress
rapidebrothers replied to JakobP's topic in Member's Cars
That 3L is awesome - really like it! Not seen one of these before in Red only seen them in Silver, but there Rare over here anyway! Love the front & the steering wheel is fantastic!! Good work -
Looks like a nice Loop there mate! Like the grill & rear spolier & the colour really suits the shape of the Lupo in yellow! Not so keen on the 'go faster' stripe buts it's your car, so doesn't really matter as long as you like it! Keep up the good work!

Nice find mate! Looks like you've got yourself a rare little car there, I'm liking the leather interior a lot Where abouts in Leeds do you live? as I'm in Wakefield & have a 2004 Silver Lupo TDI, might be cool to meet up sometime! Cheers Gav

Might be awkward trying to obtain insurance for it, as it's not registered over here, so that would need to be done first, for who ever buys it! Price is good for a rare little car, but that wing looks terrible on it! Plus strange that it has odd rear lamps, makes you wonder why - had an accident or not?
-
Excellent find there! Must be like a brand new car with that milege! Good luck with the changes you make! Cheers Gav
-
Sounds great mate! Would love to see some pictures of your Lupo too!

Very clean looking Lupo! Well done on finding a tidy one! -
Looks like a nice Lupo you got yourself there! Well done on waiting, that's exactly what I did when I was after finding a low Milege Lupo TDI Took me ages to find one at a decent price too then same things like you, one came up for sale, local only about 5 miles away & with 35'000 miles on it! Was well pleased! Cheers Gav

Just noticed its been reduced to £795 now! Still pricy though with that amount of miles on it!

Interior is looking well nice on this! Those seats are lovely! Good work mate! -
I'd just do it black as the purple might be a bit OTT & you may get fed up of seeing purple! Lol
-
Sorry to hear about what's happened to your car mate! Especially as it all seemed to happen in the same week! Dam, you must be well pissed off! I certainly would
-
Those jacks are rubbish mate your best getting a normal trolly jack, I got mine from Netto supermarket was only about a tenner! Much safer than using those dangerous Scisser type jacks!

Definently right there! Spotted a Lupo SDI on Autotrader for sale with 289,000 miles!!!!! Lol
-
Just spotted a 1.7 SDI Lupo for sale on the Auto Trader site with 289,000 miles!!! Year 2000 / W registration - with those miles it sounds like that thing has never kept still! Probably just goes to show that with regulary servicing VWs can last for ever!
