A roasted portobello mushroom topped with garlic butter and mozzarella, served on a bed of dressed pea shoots.Mains, Halibut on a bed of leek dauphinoise with a buttery, light citrus sauce. Tomato and mascarpone tagliatelle for the TSO? I'm no good at cooking for herbivores.Dessert, keep it simple, I make an amazing apple crumble.
