Car key fail.

Recommended Posts

Ok so the gf went for a drive in my Lupo, got back and left keys in the ignition. Low and behold... LOCK!

Now I have NO keys :(

Anyone know how I can get in the car as I only have that 1 key when I purchased the car.

Lesson learned, bite the bullet and get a new spare key from VW!

Cheers....

The most sensible thing NOCK has ever said. :P

Agreed, very sensible not to broadcast this.

On the other hand, if someone wouldn't mind PM'ing me with the method, I'd be grateful . . . I'm not a car thief, it's just I only got one key for my GTI when I bought it too and can't afford to get another one cut at the moment! :(

It would be nice to know on the off chance I get stuck somewhere, as I'm always all over the country!!!!!!

  • 1 year later...

I don't know how to brake into the Lupo but the AA showed me how to brake into a 106 in less than 2 minutes. I reckon the same technique would work with my Lupo.
