Looking great! Lows always improve a car 10x

Nothing improves the look of a car like a good drop.

:shades:

Nice :)

Looking good man. :shades:

Very nice, as Jowey said, nothing makes a car look good like a drop.

Cheers guys, its so true. haha

Rose passed her MOT yesterday! :)

Another year of legality haha

however, two tyres are close to the limit and two tyres are perished so looks like i'll be needing tyres all round

wsas thinking of getting some slightly smaller tyres than the 185 55 14 that are on now just to have a small amount of stretch

was thinking of something like 165 50 14's if these are existant?

looking good dude i love the fact youv made the less popular wheels look cool B)

congrats on the mot

Haha cheers man

they'll be staying for some time as funds are low and theres other things need sorting :( i quite enjoy the standard alloys also so it'll just be OEM+ for a while haha

but i'll be getting some smaller tyres all around

165/55/14 are available also 155/55/14 are out there.

Click on my signature and have a play with the tires size calculator.

i think i might go for 155/55's then

yeahh iv had a play around on there before mate :) very helpful.

Cheers

Haha!

Looks black normally :coffee:

looks nice dude oem is the way to go

definately mate!

So simple and so nice!! I do have a soft spot for the Mk2 Arosas. As has been said, standard wheels look very good, especially with the coilovers on there!

Thanks a lot man

looks nice mate but correct me if im wrong. is that gear knob on the wrong way round?? haha :)

haha yeah i think it is, got it and it had no markings on so i just guessed haha :) i like it like that...

Cheers dude

Hit 60k the other day so yesterday done my cambelt and a full service

runs a bit smoother now :)

whilst under there though, noticed my gearbox seal is goosed :( have no oil left in there so its a bit crunchy :o

ordered a new one from the dealer so ill pick that up this week and have a go

also got my new tyres on all round, theyre so small, the car scrapes off everything now :( and it looks a bit silly, need spacers to pull it off i think

so theyre on the cards..

pics up soon :coffee:

Got an exciting delivery from Germany on monday.

Won these from German eBay.

was looking at some Borbet A's but my budgets tight, and i came across these, got them very cheap. Theyre something different aswell, never seen a set before and thats what im after, something different B)

They are made by AEZ.

15x7 et25

they arent in the best condition but wont be able to afford tyres for a while so im giving them a DIY refurb.

Already started the work on them and already got them looking much better. got them all planned out :)

heres some pics, with detail of the bad bits to compare with when theyre done.
