treblet
I've just had an amazing, home made Vindaloo. Indian is by far my favourite food...And Guinness, if you can count it as a food group! I was just wondering what everyone elses favourite was? Nicki
I love chinese food. We had chinese takeaway last night & I polished off nearly a whole tub of crispy seaweed on my own... Also love my Mum's beef stew & dumplings - which is what we've got for dinner tonight. Result!

Nicki
Depends on the pasta... I find things like penne, ravioli, cannelloni, tortellini etc really boring, but lasagne (done properly) is goooooorgeous.

Silver!
Melanzane parmigiano: I make a good one even if I do say so myself.I often see it in restrauants, but am scared to order. I have never had one as good as mine (I was tought by a friend Italian wife), but I am always scared I'll find a better one. Then of course there is always pizza. By far the best is a margarita.
