heartagram
I've had one mouse already from them. This ones been okay, cleaned it but inevitably its broken again. Won't scroll down, tried all the cleaning tricks and no joy. So going to ring them tomorrow about it.Why don't they just change the design? They know its a common fault, will they just keep replacing them while its under warranty? I just don't wanna have to fork out every 6 months for a new mouse is all!! heartagram
I've tried about 5/6 of those youtube/google methods as well as Apples suggestion and no joy
Joe
Mine goes quite often at work, probably due to the amount of food I munch over it I like the turn the mouse upsidedown and rub it like a nutter on some paper trick. Seems to fix it.Alternatively, pop it apart and then clean the rollers around the mouse.

Joe
They can, it just works so well that it likes to bring the user back to reality every once in a while, unlike microshit where it never works, and when it does its just pure relief
AndyW
I've had 4 of these from apple over the years, they are well aware of the problem and should be fine no matter how many times you need one.So annoying, but at least apple are speedy and don't give hassle.Don't be such a flash gadget geek and buy a normal non-Apple computer Why not buy any old poo box spam chariot instead if the flash Lupo GTI? AndyW
Well I don't have to replace my car every 6 months Its not the computer, its a mouse. So your saying nothing has ever gone wrong or dropped off or failed on your Lupo? I own one too, and at least one of those has happened to me in 4 years and 50,000 miles.
