VeeDubber
Got my lupo begining of feb and spent the last 2 months scraping some cash together lol. Now i can finally do it up a bit.Got these of eBay and travelled 100 miles to pick them up, but thinking it will be worth it: border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />They at the re-furbers now and should get them back on thurs. border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />That's what they should look like when i get them back Edited June 25, 2007 by VeeDubber

vworks41
Look good, what make and size are they?
VeeDubber
They called Ronal R15's and came of a BMW E30 apparently. They 15"x7", want a bit of stretch on the tyres, will 175 or 185 be better?
MartyP
Nice set of wheels mate!I would recommend 165/50/15 for the ultimate strech! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
VeeDubber
Yeah was gonna get a certain set of mk1 golf steelies but the seller ripped me of lol. That's the thing I dont want a ridiculous amount of stretch, just enough to notice
Silver!
Nice wheels I thought they were Ronal Classics. Our old Polo Genesis had a set of these in 13".I now regret changing them for the Oz Saturns (which were in better nick) when I got rid of my Polo GT. The saturns are in the garden, the Ronals are...???Not sure about the colour coding, but hey! it would be boring if we were all the same!Ray
Max69vk
The colour coding makes them look like Momo Ferraris style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="wub.gif" />
Lupo D
They're looking brillant! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" /> D.
VeeDubber
I was a bit unsure bout colour coding, but took the dive and went for it. Wanted something a bit different from the usual silver alloys.Bit confused bout this tyre stretched business, my local tyre dealer says the only 175 or 185 width tyres you can get have a 65 sidewall. Am I gonna have to go to a specialist?
Max69vk
Mytyres.co.uk or blackcircles.com style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />

vworks41
Looking good, would look tons better lowered though!!A vw badge for the centers would finish the wheels off nice style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shades:" border="0" alt="shades.gif" />

cardaft
Really like the grill, are you leaving it black, i think it looks great as it is, and i like the little 1.0 badge too, did that come with the grill?
VeeDubber
Was gonna colour code the grill but now i not so sure. There was an ATB badge on the grill but I put the 1.0 badge on when i got it, thought it'd be a bit querky and it doesn't have the performance to deserve an ATB badge lol.Planning on lowering it next, any ideas how low it can go?
