C3peteo
Hi, I have just fitted a black headling so have no need for my cream one. The headlining is dirty and may clean up. The item is for free and collection only from Warrington.
C3peteo
Headlining is now in landfill so is no longer available.
weslangdon
Rather than replace it you could have sprayed it with matt black paint and you wouldn't have needed to buy another one

The cream headlining was strangely greasy as well so maybe the paint wouldn't have taken too well. I had some headlining material from another car but I couldn't get the creases out. Sausage
Sprayed fabric goes hard and unpleasant to the touch, The GTI headlining is very soft and tactile (assuming the black one in my 1.4S is a GTI headlining). I'll have a go at something with my TDI sunroof headlining, not sure what yet though....
weslangdon
I took it out first and sprayed it lightly in sections, checked it over a few times and left in my garage for a few days to get rid of the paint smell its fine to touch and as I did it a year ago its lasted well too
