Nice! I looked at the FRP before I bought my 330d. I desperately wanted one but all the owners reviews I'd read said they were spending a lot in maintenance. Not a problem so much if its your toy but it didn't suit as my daily. I'd still love one though.

I'm still deciding mate. I went off it a couple of years ago and haven't been back since. We missed a lot of shows last year though so may come along this year to make up for it.

I need to have a better look when the car is out of the garage I think. I want to like the Up! as its funky and inkeeping with the interior, but the Gti one seems to suit more at the moment. I've just bought a new airbag for the Mk6 steering wheel though so may see how it all looks once that's in.

Received a few more bits this weekend from Dale aka Lupoboz. A nice shiney new heatshield which i am hoping to polish up next weekend. A new terminal box as ours has never had a lid and a new Up! gearknob as it's more in keeping with the black and white theme and our is a 5 speed. However, once I fitted it, i'm not sure I like it as much as the Mk6 gti so not sure which to keep. Answers on a postcard please...

Quickly fitted the gear knob yesterday ready for the trip over to Bristol for Bristol Volksfest today. Gave the car a little clean ready to go. Here's a random shot of my next door neighbours Zafira... Taken in the door... We had an awesome day at Volksfest. It's a really great show with planty to see and do and we ended up coming home with best in class.

How's it looking over there? I think we'll be heading down in the morning.
