^ That and RossB's Lupos on here made me want to get mine back when I was 17... Saw them both in the flesh and loved them both, got mine a year later after searching and searching! I've worked out I need 10k to get mine to the standard I have in my head... it's going to be a while!

It's a horrible job, so fiddly! Especially doing it without removing the bumper haha! -
I was thinking all hose just to keep it simple and smart and a bit more discreet! I was just unsure on the tb to induction sizing mainly and trying to steal someone else's route bends just so I know it'll work! The current hose is held on with electrical tape and looks a little gash

Looking at some Samco piping for my engine bay for the BMC! Just unsure of sizes I need, I've found a few photos after searching here and plan to keep the same route to the drivers side front wing, or possibly try to route to the front grill but worried this may be difficult with a/c. Could anyone give a hand on size & bends of piping? So far I'm thinking I need a 90degree 70mm - 65mm elbow And a few bends & straight 70mm.. Can somebody please clarify sizes and lengths etc rather than me buying it to find I've worked bends/lengths out in the wrong place! Thankyou

Mine looks a mess at the moment, it needs sanding back down as it's all flaked/chipped/scrapped! Mine catches quite a lot, it looks so much cleaner not painted unless it's fresh.

Stewwy, it'll be a generic remap if it actually has one.. Stage 2/3 are for engine modifications, stage 2 tends to be manifold/exhaust/cams at the minimum and stage 3 goes onto turbo/supercharger upgrades.
-
...... It doesn't quite work like just jumping to stage 3, sorry..

Mines just drilled & screwed on, I didn't even think about using glue but can imagine it to be a pain to get off? Mines sturdy, too sturdy at times as it doesn't flex especially over speed bumps/steep roads. Oh no, I was thinking of a wheel colour change & painting the mirror caps & splitter the same colour.. great minds must think alike.

Looks clean & tidy... Wish mine was that clean at the moment

Drill into the bumper above the grill, make a bracket. or Magnets behind the grill and on back of plate.

Haha, I didn't see the owner! Just rarely see a gti round my way especially through the sleepy village to work!

He's done nothing wrong as most of these threads go, just need to pick something up. If anyone could text him or let me have his number would be much appreciated!

I was shocked hearing from someone who said they got 300 miles from a tank! I'll fill up to the brim tonight and I'll reset clock. It was however better before modifications so that probably has a lot to do with it.
