  1. her nose is like an inverted nose cone off of concord! bloody awful!
  2. your body type sounds close to mine i was 5'11 before i shrunk! i know this sounds daft but are you skinny or well built?! not saying are you fat just asking if your stocky or not? what youd need to do is plenty of abdominal exercises such as sit ups, twists and posterial body movements with a medicine ball, thatl tone your abdomen up or your stomach as its usually refered to, then with regards to the chest n arms, just do medium weights with about 5 sets doing ten "reps" in each, using exercises such as bench pressing, chest flys, bicep curls, preacher bench curls, tricep squats, etc n just keep at it about four times a week n ul see it happen over about an 8-12 month period shouldnt be far off that body! thats what im aiming for anyways but with bigger muyscles! haha style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> hope thats a decent amount of info! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> you do plenty of cardio by the sounds of it so dont really need to do any more, just watch your heart rate when doing your exercises as stated above. as said above as well core muscle training is good as well as this will aid your definition of your muscles
  3. ye hatch back is out but personally i dont like it as much as the previous one, looks wierd imo. this on the other hand is bloody gorgeous, other than an evo i havent seen many 5 door cars i like but that is gorgeous! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
  4. i agree partially with the fact that pro body builders do look shockin. i used to swim competetively for yorkshire n england and have been going to the gym since i was 16, im now twenty n goin 5 times a week for two hours for weight training, only because i enjoy it, makes me feel full of energy and my body is still as good as it was when i used to swim if not slightly larger muscles due to not being tired all the time from the swimming and weight lifting. one side effect tho, because of the amount of training i used to do i have worn two of my discs in the lower lumbar of my back which resulted in me having to quit swiming at 17 n not move out of bed for 3 weeks! not good! plus ive shrunk 2 inches which is quite funny! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> fine now tho n the gym keeps me occupied before work! all my mates come as well so its a kinda social thing as well! sorry for the essay!

  8. from what i can see there there aint nothing wrong with those! lovely tat btw who ever it is! to be completely honest fake boobs (not offense if anyone has got fake boobs on here) are horrible, my ex had them n i hated them, didnt feel as ncie as before she had them done even after a year of groppage, n they just didnt look as nice as they where when they were natural. unless u have an ironing board for a chest or as said before about the accidents, i wouldnt wish a boob job on anyone, your body is as nature intended and thats how most men who are not sleezes like em to be! well thats how i like em neways! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

  10. never heard of this before, might be the synchromesh inbetween the gears thats going? did they suggest this at all? is it hard to get it in to gear at all or does it grind at all?
  11. youd end up with something ressembling a golf ball battered peice of steel if you tried to knock one up yourself style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  12. the arches on the passat grilled lupo look good, the rest looks gash imo, but hey each to their own. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

  20. should do i believe they fixings are the same so shouldnt be a real problem. one off of the arosa would fit perfectly tho
  21. they are rather nice but unless theres a uk importer or anyone is up for a group buy its goin to be very expensive to recieve one, unless we could organise a shipment price for them with the engineers!

    Where to find...

cant see them reducing engine life massively, they may let a little more dust through than a standard paper filter but as long as your not doing the baja rally or anything where theres shed loads of dust, it wont reallt make much difference. just need t make sure you keep them clean and oiled if needed to retain the dust particles within the filter. people often dont oil their filters which means theyl let more dust through. the oil is designed to aid filteration by trapping the particles.
  23. suspect polos will be longer havent they got a longer wheelbase than lupo?
  24. looking over this from what everyones sayin erveryone has a point. i studied physics n from what i learnt you should be able to reduce your stopping distance with larger diameter discs as the rotation at the edge of a larger disc wil be slower than that of a smaller disc due to it having a larger circumfrence. therefore less pressure will be needed to give the same stoppage distance as a smaller disc so in theory if you use the same amount of pressure you should be able to stop the car quicker (as long as the tires grip) due to having a larger leaverage and less rotation at the outside of the larger disc. as said earlier in the post thats why faster cars use larger diameter discs, this and the fact that if they had smaller discs they heat up and warp in no time. in my mind it would be a pretty worth while upgrade im thinking of doing it my self just to see if it makes a difference. all the above you can class as my opinion if im wrong im wrong but its what i did for two years at college so should know something about inertial rotational mass and what not! but anyway
