I once bought a Kit Kat that had no wafer, but was solid milk chocolate. I wrote and complained and got a £5 voucher.

Irony is that I was already onto a winner as the chocolate was worth more that the wafer equivalent.

Within the 1st few months of kit kat chunky's introduction I must have had about 3 solid chocolate bars, I didn't even think of complaining as they were a far superior product!

Also whispa and peanut m&m's

Call me crazy, wispa or kitkat chunky?

Kit Kat Chunky > Wispa

BUT

Wispa Gold > Kit Kat Chunky.

I bought a packet of Starburst Choozers once that was mostly pineapple ones and no raspberry ones. I emailed them to say I was disappointed and it had ruined my sweetie treat. They sent me £5 in Mars vouchers & an apology. Win!

Oh & Smarties > M&Ms.
