carrera-gt Posted August 8, 2015 Report Share Posted August 8, 2015 It depends what you are replacing, if the current set up has a load compensation valve on the axle, then you need to think about brake bias being changed. Discs are generally superior to drums so you are increasing the braking effort on the rear axle, too much bias and you can lock the rears especially in the wet, that can be very dangerous.
