Ways to tell Lupo Sport and Lupo S

I am going tomorrow to view a Lupo Sport but it has all new smoothed bumpers and exhaust. Now the centre exhaust was the only way I could tell the Lupo S and the Sport apart. What are the other ways that make the Lupo Sport and S stand out from eachother?

Cheers Brammo

Centre exit exhaust

16v badge

Front fogs

Rear disks

Kyalami alloys

Rear space saver

Different seats (if its a late one)

Red ignition leads (not all of them had these though)

and use the search next time

Sport has a space saver rather than a full size steel.

Some S models have alloys and front fogs but these were optional.

Only later Sports got a GTI interior.

Ignition leads on the S, Sport and GTI are all identical regardless of the colour, colour only applies to later models.

Sport has rear disc brakes

Sport has 16V badging

S has 1.4 badging

Under the bonnet they are identical unless you take off the air filter and measure the diameter of the throttle body.

the engine cover will have 1.4 16v on it

Both the S and Sport have this because they are both 1.4 16V's!!!!!!!

Hence why I said take off the air filter and measure the diameter of the throttle body!

can anyone with autodata tell me what the engine differences are between the two please?

I.e. did they change the flow of the head slightly, maybe different pistons/rods/crank?

Anyone tried to bolt a GTI inlet onto the s model to get the bigger TB? :)
