IDGM
Work to rule. Failing that, seek advice, you might be able to leave now and claim constructive dismissal (even though you are working your notice). The subtle modder
I have worked at my place for 3 years 5 months last month they took me in the office and told me i needed to start an hour earlier meaning i would need to work an extra 5 hours and they basically said do it voluntarily or well make you now it isnt that much as other pointed out but tio me its more the principle, i have done my job same hours for years why should i change now?three girls agreed to do it voluntarily to save the hassle straight away style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> and i was the last one left after the other lads basically agreed to it so i told him id wait unil i HAD to do it as they have to serve me with a 3 month compulsory notice before they can change my working hours especially as they gave me a new contract in september saying my working hours WOULDNT be changingneedless to say theyre been complete prats all the worst jobs etc sent my way, holiday i wanted refused etc but i dont care and why should you? think of it this way youve got a new job (assume youve got it allready) and a new start why worry about the idiots who treat you with what seems little respect, i have a full 3 year qualification for another job but as yet havent the motivation to go and get one in this area and said to a mate if they did sack me it may just make me style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky:" border="0" alt="cheeky.gif" />good luck with your new job etc i hope it works out better for you and make sure as you say you do evrything to the book and dont give them even a minutewayne

I'll make sure I've used up all my holidays then I shall be out the door - might give them a week, but no longer.Yeah they can take you to court, but they probbaly wont want to spend alot of money for no gain. nfbr
Hmm... Why do people always begrudge you leaving there company? its stupid and petty...When i resigned from halfords i sent in a 3 page letter complaining about two individuals i'd worked with, and how **** the working conditions were there.I also swapped loads of expensive bike parts into the cheeper bikes boxed, and vice versa,I filled the deputy managers Coffee cup with Tyre soap from the garage,Moved lots of stock off the shop floor onto the top shelf in the warehouse, where nobody actually dared to climb (not was allowed to due to the lack of a ladder) I moved everything in the audio cages around and put it all in a completely random orderless order! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> Oh and a couple of tins of spray paint were used to grafiti the Ceiling in the warehouses style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />Edit...The back doors have a sign above which now reads...
