Halfords dont do swage tape sad.gif style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

It must be something else then

i looked at some sort of flat tape then but it doesnt look like it'll do the job properly

All it was is an air cooled beetle wing beading kit in red, any air cooled specialist will be able to supply you with it, and to be honest it looks like it a factory job when done.

Hope this helps.

I asked the parts guy in Halfords today and he said they dont do swage tape

Would all Halfords have the same thing or is mine just poop?Surely they stock the same?

Do you have the packet still?or receipt with the product number??

cheers

i bought mine in one of the larger stores, tho they didn't have that much!

can check for you see if i can find a number for you. if you can't get it in halfrauds, you can probably find it in a one of those backstreet car accessory shops.

Halfrauds staff won't know what you're on about if you ask!! When I went in I told them what I wanted to do and the sales assistant said they didn't do anything remotely like it. I searched the shop and found exactly what I wanted - Lupogtiboy is right - it's by the no smoking stickers etc...it's the stuff boy racers use for "Go faster stripes", sold in rolls of either 3mm, 6mm, 9mm or 12mm, and only about Ă‚ÂŁ3.99 a roll!! Hope this helps smile.gif style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
