Yeah normaly its means theres water in the car like if its raining outside and you get wet when you get into the car it causes the windows to mist, also as picola said as well "sex mist" but this is to do with sweating and love juices :D:D LOL check all seals etc my mk2 golf used to do it then i noticed the carpets were ever so damp and i didnt even talk dirty to them LOL

Thanks mate, Will make sure will keep you all updated to how it goes my pc is built just awaiting a power supply then got to get the screen or sorted and bought things are not cheap lol just been messing with the aux input on the headunit and i very please how my mp3 sounded! very very very good quality sound! this is my input for my pc for the soundings so dvds and stuff will be on the cards + my 40gb mp3 collection on tap! YAY!

Heres a couple of pics of what i have done so i can still retain the headunit when i install the screen and my pc used cat 5 cable but its all good! This image is in the car with it all up and running, just testing that the cables are capable of holding the load safely

Personally i think the money you would spend on the 1.6 16v to get it up to 300hp would be the same to get a 20v turbo up to 350 - 450bhp, i think the 20v are a very could bench mark to start from as you can get performance parts easily where as turboing a 1.6 gti engine would be difficult as you would have to get parts "made" which can get very exspensive! lol i mean a BAM engine is 225 on standard managment you can get the standard managment remapped and you should be pulling 270 ish from just a remap, and standard intercooler parts. i was goin to do a 20v in my golf but went for nos instead! hehe im sure you will deciede but if youve got a 20v "avalible" then rip it out with box and all management simple and cost effective!

Anyone Notice the standard of vauxhall work? All the cables just left loose in the side of the car.......... Then he cleaned them up and taped them! Fair play to him, wonder if he has kids LOL Although im not that dedicated to getting it that clean a simple clean and wax will do for me lol he clayed it and all sorts! I would love to buy a car from him at least you know its been well maintained!
