high lift cam kits are probably the most noticable things you can do to an NA engine. very good power increases. and when they hit the band they will feel the shove into the back of your seat. look for schrick cams.

they do a kit for the arosa which should be the same. cant remember what that includes now.

VW dont recommend using oil flushes..

i think if you do regular oil changes ( once a year minimum) oil flushes are not needed. just a good quality spec oil change. thats just my opinion. as the oil will not have become too old and sludgey inside the engine.

its still a hatchback. no hatchback is ever going to be a dream car. seeing as you can buy supercars for £10k its best to think what you spend the money on.

the fabia vrs seats look a lot nicer than the lupo gti seats.

a brief vagcom check costs £60+ doesnt it? they just charge an hours labour no matter how soon they discover the problem. try dissconeting battery to rest things.

i havent read the posts, but i think people get too easily distracted by straight line power. use of the steering wheel is where it matters most in a car. when this is the case the lighter car always wins.

i doubt they are different, there is no reason for them to be. could email them to double check.
