  1. Up for sale now, £3150 ono
  2. Wish this would happen to me, I've just put the GTI for sale outside the house and people approaching me would make it easier! Had a few comments on other cars but non on the Lupo, and it's a proper tidy one too!
  3. Thanks for that, i'll have a look through that thread
  4. Really like the look of this Lupo on RC's, anyone help out what size they are. I'm guessing 16 x 7.5? Thanks Adam
  5. Thanks BTW, I did look but wanted to make sure I ordered the correct domed ones ta mate
  6. Of course I do, order them to your house then bring them round and fit them to my car. All FOC of course.
  7. Are they not available from the dealer?
  8. Put your bump strips back on
  9. They are the little blighters I had! Managed to get them off in the end but didn't know you had to do that! Anyway next up for the car is new indicator bulbs as someone fitted chrome ones that look blue when you look at the car then new aerial base... Then I think it's bye bye time, sell up
  10. Mine are just as you see in the pics, nothing holding them on like those clips, look like they are all in one with the fuel pipe
  11. Mine looked to have a little tab on the end of the line that you prised out slightly, to be fair mine really wasn't as straight forward as I had read bit of a 'mare doing it
  12. Finally got round to getting the airbox and pipework, met with ArosaSDI with sorted me out with the parts so thanks mate Just need the engine cover now. Car is also back from paint and it looks amazing, they really did a great job will get some pics up soon Adam
  13. Is it a GTI? After an engine cover if it is?
  14. Mines done 104k and runs so quiet and smooth, full VW and VW specialist services. As mentioned if well maintained they are great, cambelt waterpump etc needs to be done as that's a £400 job if it's all genuine parts like mine was. Ive spent about a £1k + on mine just to get it back to a nice standard. Wanna buy it? Haha Adam
  15. Car is all booked in on April 2nd for the whole passenger side to be done, there is a couple of slight marks on the door so we thought best to get all the side done so can't wait now! The guys who did it previously painted my E36 328i Sport and did an amazing job so it's going back to them Adam
  16. Reversing wobbly foot syndrome.
  17. A few of my old Corrado's, there is more! Satin Silver G60, Weitec Coilovers, Porsche Silver Roses, Stage 4 'charger Standard Aqua Blue VR6 Moonlight Blue VR6, Leather Recaro's, Koni coilovers, 7x17 O.Z SuperT's Classic Green 2.0 16v, H&R springs 7.5 x 16 RH Cupraders
  18. Got round to changing the fuel filter and spark plugs on her the other day. This filter was changed 9k ago apparently... Sorted.. Car drives ALOT smother now, was quite jumpy in all honesty when driving normally but this has sorted it all out and makes it so much better to drive. I changed the spark plugs too, they were NGK ones in her which had done about 9k again, these were changed for the same NGK ones again. The red leads also have caused me problems as the car started mis-firing and running rubbish, took them off to find (only after checking and double checking everything else as the leads are brand new) that 2 had broken down on a join at the top of the lead and were arching, I was doubtful I would get them replaced under warranty but VW have just rang to say they will replace them FOC. Saves me £40! Other things to do now, New aerial base needed and stubby mast Top rear brake light New mats all round Thanks Adam
  19. All works now even the dash light lights up blue again, happy days
